The platform's AI reply classifier reads incoming replies and routes them appropriately — positive, negative, neutral, or out-of-office. This module covers how classification works and how to configure routing.
Contact exits the sequence. Notification fires to the assigned rep. Contact is marked "Positive" in the campaign view. If AI Appointment Setter is enabled, it immediately attempts to book a meeting.
