Reply Handling and Routing

The platform's AI reply classifier reads incoming replies and routes them appropriately — positive, negative, neutral, or out-of-office. This module covers how classification works and how to configure routing.

Reply classification categories

Routing actions per category

Positive reply

Contact exits the sequence. Notification fires to the assigned rep. Contact is marked "Positive" in the campaign view. If AI Appointment Setter is enabled, it immediately attempts to book a meeting.

Negative reply

Contact exits the sequence and is suppressed for that campaign. Can be configured to suppress at account-domain level.

Neutral reply

Configurable: either notify the rep for manual response or have the AI draft a follow-up reply for rep approval.

Out-of-office

Sequence pauses automatically. Resumes when the OOO return date passes or after 14 days if no return date is detected.
