Module 03: Custom Domain Setup — Microsite Generator 2.0

Connect your own domain to a microsite to build trust with visitors and protect your brand. Custom domains are supported on all plans.

Domain options

Subdomain of existing domain — e.g., demo.yourcompany.com. Requires a CNAME record.
Dedicated domain — e.g., yourproductname.com. Requires A record or nameserver transfer.
Default subdomain — yourworkspace.lgai.io. Available immediately, no DNS setup required.

Connecting a subdomain (most common)

1 — Microsite → [Page] → Settings → Domain → Add Custom Domain

Enter your desired subdomain: demo.yourcompany.com

2 — Add CNAME record in your DNS

Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider: demo → lgai.io. TTL: 3600.

3 — Verify and activate SSL

Back in the platform, click Verify. DNS propagation takes 2–48 hours. SSL certificate is provisioned automatically after verification. Your page is served over HTTPS with no additional setup.

SSL is automatic and free. All custom domains get automatic HTTPS via Let's Encrypt. No manual certificate management required.
