Slow load times, stale reports, and dashboard refresh delays are usually caused by browser caching, large data sets, or a platform performance event.
Dashboard Loads Slowly
- Check the platform status page (linked in the platform footer) — if there's an incident, it will be listed there
- Hard-refresh your browser: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
- Clear your browser cache for the platform domain
- If you're on a very large account (50K+ contacts), reporting dashboards can take 15–30 seconds to load — this is expected
Report Data Appears Stale
Reporting data refreshes every 15 minutes. If data appears older than 15 minutes:
- Check the "Last updated" timestamp in the report header
- Click the refresh icon next to the timestamp to force an update
- If the refresh fails or shows an error, this may indicate a data pipeline delay — check the status page
Sequences Not Sending (Delay)
The platform queues all outbound sends and processes them in order. During high-volume periods (Monday mornings, post-holiday weeks), there can be a 15–45 minute delay before queued emails send. This is normal. If delays exceed 2 hours, check the status page or open a support ticket.
